The capsule itself is a plant based bio-polymer, with a paper-based lid. The capsule and the packaging is certified 100% industrially compostable under Norm EN 13432. Put this in the Council Green Bin and 120 days later it is compost!!

This coffee is certified Fair Trade and Organic Coffee. It is a strong, rich roast with an 9 or 10 rating (similar to a ristretto*), but with with low acidity and a satisfying depth of flavour.
