A premium, high altitude micro-lot grown coffee from the "home of coffee" - famous and prized for their  high quality washed coffees. The Yirgacheffe region (pronounced Yer - gah - chef) is in southern Ethiopia which produces unique coffees with distinctively floral and delicate characteristics.

At ordering please choose the roast style - Espresso for milk based dinks but also good for drinking black or - Filter roast for the joy of drinking this straight up as an amazing  black coffee.
